A.No.4901 of 2021 in T.O.S.No.32 of 2013 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of Plaintiff Atmakury Kamal in the above suit.

2.A.No.4902 of 2021 in T.O.S.No.32 of 2013 has been filed to bring on record the Legal heirs of the deceased Plaintiff, the proposed petitioners as Plaintiffs 2 to 5 in the T.O.S.No.32 of 2013 and the defendants 1 and 2 may be recorded as legal heirs of the deceased Plaintiff in the above suit.

3.These applications stand allowed.

4. Though the plaintiff has to carry out amendments, in view of the ongoing restrictions in holding the physical Court but at the same time to ensure that unnecessary time is not lost for carrying out amendment, this Court now requires the Registry to carry out necessary amendment in the plaint.
