This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash F.I.R in Crime NO.420 of 2013, on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that after investigation, the charge sheet came to be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore and the same is taken on file as C.C.No.128 of 2014. After trial in C.C.No.128 of 2014, the case has been ended in acquittal on 07.03.2018.
