This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.08.2016, investigate, and file final report.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 06.09.2016 and he further submitted that the statement of the petitioner is also recorded. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
