This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 14.01.2020 wherein, the petitioner is seeking for patta in her name with respect to the subject property.

Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the second respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 20.11.2020 at 3.00 pm. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the second respondent has already called for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

This writ petition is disposed off with the above direction. No costs.
