ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that appropriate orders will be passed on the representations dated 30.04.2021 of the petitioner.

The respondents are therefore directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.68 School Education (R1) Department dated 18.04.2013 and G.O.Ms.No.247 School Education (R1) Department dated 03.10.2012 and if the petitioner is otherwise eligible for being appointed for permanently they shall appoint the petitioner.
