ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition in Paragraph No.3 of in Crl.M.P.No.5887 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.4919 of 2026, dated 06.04.2026. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is regularly appearing before 1/3

the Judicial Magistrate-II, Dharmapuri every week as per the order of this Court since 10.04.2026 and he seeks modification of the order.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5887 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.4919 of 2026, vide order dated 06.04.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Dharmapuri police as and when required for investigation.
