O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the the 3rd respondent to measure the petitioner's lands in S.F.Nos.67/13, 67/14A, 67/15, 67/19, 67/20, 67/21, 68/1, 70/3A, situated at T.Devanur Village, Aragandanallur, Kandachipuram Taluk, Villupuram District, by disposing of the petitioner's online application No.2024/0123/07/001443 dated 07.05.2024, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The case of the petitioner is that she purchased the subject properties vide Sale Deeds in document Nos.213 of 2004 and 2170 of 2008. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the online application submitted by her on 07.05.2024 to survey the said properties and demarcate its boundaries and also paid necessary fees, has not been considered by the 3rd respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 2/4

Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 07.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's online application for survey of the subject properties and demarcate the boundaries, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
