Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order and final order of Principal District Munsif, Bhavani, Erode District dated 15.12.2015 passed in I.A.No.1076 of 2015 in O.S.No.436 of 2014.

O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for a while, seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. However, he makes a request that there may be a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible. An endorsement to that effect has also been made.

2. Endorsement is recorded. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court is directed to frame issues, conduct trial and dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible without granting avoidable adjournments. Undertaking by the plaintiff to co-operate for such an expeditious disposal is also recorded. No costs.
