(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The allegation of the petitioner of encroachment by the fifth respondent on the land allotted to the third respondent is supported by the third respondent.

2.In view of the aforesaid, we direct the Tahsildar / second respondent to cause an inspection of the site and if encroachment is found at site, to take action in accordance with law to clear the encroachment, after notice to all concerned. The exercise be completed within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of the order.
