The petitioner made a representation dated 5.11.2015 to the respondents seeking compensation from the 3rd respondent in pursuant to the death of her husband allegedly while in service with the 3rd respondent. Taking note of the pendency of the representation dated 5.11.2015 made by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is hereby directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
