This petition is filed by the petitioner to extend the time granted in Crl.M.P.No.6193 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.797 of 2023, by order dated 28.04.2023 for executing bond by the petitioner

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 28.04.2023, this court, while enlarging the petitioner on bail, by suspending the substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6193 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.797 of 2023, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the trial court within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and on such surrender, she was ordered to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- along with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai.

msr to her health ailments and now her health condition is improved and she is able to comply the condition. Thus he prayed for extension of time to execute bond before the trial court.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) and perused the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition.

5. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this court grants a further period of two weeks to comply with the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.6193 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.797 of 2023 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. This petition is ordered accordingly.
