O R D E R
In pursuant to the sale deed registered in document No.2953 of 2015 dated 21.11.2014 in respect of the property situated in Survey No.35/2B of Kollapatti village, Uthangarai Taluk, the petitioner sought for transfer of patta by making a representation dated 2.11.2015 to the respondent. As the said request is still pending consideration before the respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Though a larger relief has been prayed for by the petitioner in this writ petition, taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 2.11.2015 made by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the date of receipt of coy of this order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the person in whose name the patta stands as on date.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
