The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner submitted a representation dated 29.04.2020 seeking COVID-19 pandemic relief/financial incentives for all employees on par with incentives granted to employees of other Regional Rural Banks and nationalized Bank in accordance with the first Respondent's Circular dated 27.04.2020, in specific being payment of one day's additional salary for every working days during the lock down period. The said representation was not considered by the Respondents till date.
2. Considering the limited scope of the prayer in this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed by directing the second Respondent to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on the representation dated 29.04.2020 of the Petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected WMP is closed.
