This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code to withdraw the case in M.O.P.No.6 of 2018, pending on the file of Family Court, Karaikal and to transfer the same to the Sub Court at Tiruttani.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court for withdrawing this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition by stating that, the main Original Petition No.06 of 2018 pending on the file of the Family Court, Karaikal, was dismissed as not pressed. petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
