ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the complaint registered in Crime No.14 of 2024 on the ground that the matter is purely a civil dispute touching upon the piece of land. But, the criminal colour has been given by the defacto complainant, who is none other than the elder brother's son of the first petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on completion of the investigation, the final report has been filed on 19.01.2024 and the incriminating materials are available to prosecute the petitioner and others.

3. Since the final report has been filed by the first respondent police, it is open to the petitioner herein to take recourse in accordance with -2-

law questioning the final report. This petition to quash the F.I.R therefore, stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
