O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to disburse the loan amount of Rs.25,00,000/- as per the petitioner's application No.DITN19206904-9069092 under PMEGP (Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme) and the representation made by the petitioner dated 29.03.2022.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made an application on 12.07.2016 for obtaining loan of Rs.5,00,000/- under Unemployed Youth Employment Generation Programme Scheme and his application was rejected by the second respondent and therefore, he made representations to the District Collector, Kanchipuram District, on 06.03.2017, 17.04.2017, 08.05.2017, 11.09.2017, 25.09.2017 and 07.10.2017 and the representations dated 06.03.2017, 17.04.2017 and 25.09.2017 were forwarded to the second respondent through the first respondent, however, the second respondent has rejected the representation of the petitioner dated 17.04.2017 and thereafter, he made another representation dated 09.10.2017 before the second respondent and since it was not considered, the petitioner has filed a writ petition in W.P.No.

30579 of 2019 before this Court to consider his representation dated 09.10.2017, wherein, this Court directed the respondents therein to pass appropriate orders, on the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2017 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

limit of 45 years under the aforesaid scheme for the loan amount of Rs.5,00,000/-, he has not insisted the order dated 14.12.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30579 of 2019 and made a fresh application under the aforesaid scheme and the representation dated 29.03.2022 to the respondents. However, the same was not considered. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.03.2022, within a time stipulated by this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 submits that the petitioner has made online application to the respondents in the year 2022 for disbursement of the loan amount under the aforementioned scheme and it was rejected on 08.03.2022 itself and the same was intimated to the petitioner on 21.03.2022. Without challenging the

rejection order, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition which is not maintainable one.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4.

From the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, it is clear that the petitioner has made online application to the respondents in the year 2022 for disbursement of the loan amount under the Unemployed Youth Employment Generation Programme Scheme and it was rejected on 08.03.2022 and the same was intimated to the petitioner on 21.03.2022. While so, without challenging the rejection order, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for a Mandamus to direct the second respondent to disburse the loan amount of Rs.25,00,000/- as per the petitioner's application No.DITN19206904-9069092 and the representation made by him dated 29.03.2022, which is not unjustifiable one. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.

7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
