Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the proceeding letter of the 3rd respondent herein bearing the letter NA.KA.D2.No.31131/2012 dated 02.07.2014 and quash the same, subsequently directing the 3rd respondent herein to mention the petitioner name in seniority list and render the promotion as a Junior Assistant from the post of Office Assistant with effect from 31.08.2004.
