O R D E R

The learned counsel for the writ petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

2. The writ petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition and the writ petitioner is at liberty to approach the Competent Authority under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, for redressing his grievances.

3. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
