3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 122 days in filing the restoration petition in W.P.No.25498 of 2005 is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.

4. The Registry is directed to number the miscellaneous Petition and post the matter on 16.10.2020.
