This petition has been filed to appoint a sole arbitrator to adjudicate upon the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent under the Standard Lease Agreement [SLA] for use in BSNL dated 19.01.2016.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for both sides submitted that the parties have entered into a Joint Memo of Compromise and the matter has been settled between them. The Joint Memo of Compromise entered between the parties has also been filed before this Court wherein the petitioner and the Assistant Manager of the respondent have signed.

4. In such view of the matter, the joint memo of compromise entered between the parties is taken on record.

5. Accordingly, this Original Petition is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise entered between the parties. The joint memo of compromise shall form part of the Order.
