This application has been filed to permit Mr.N.Selvakumar, son of Mr.Nagalingam to adduce evidence to identify the first attending witness signature of Late Mr.Nagalingam in the Will dated 05.03.1980 under Doc.No.12 of 1980 in the office of SRO., Triplicane filed in the above TOS.

2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned therein. The learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that the application can be allowed subject to proof of identity of the son of Mr.Nagalingam. This application is allowed.

3.Post the matter before the Additional Master III on 05.08.2024.
