This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct the election to the Dadasha Makkan Wakf based on the petitioner's representation, dated 27.07.2021.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the 1st respondent directed the 2nd respondent to conduct the Election to the Dadasha Makkan Wakf. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
