The petitioners/A3 & A4, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.06.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302 of IPC r/w 34 of IPC in crime No.236 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that petitioners along with other accused persons assaulted the de-facto complainant's son and due to which the victim died on 06.06.2022. Hence, the case.
3. There are totally six accused. There are specific allegations as against each accused. They murdered the deceased in the daylight by using deadly weapons. Further, the petitioners were arrested only on 06.06.2022 and the investigation is pending.
