ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 28.02.2024 and transfer the patta in her favour.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the ancestors of the petitioner are in possession of the property for about 80 years and father of the petitioner had executed a registered settlement deed in favour of the petitioner on 30.08.2006. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she has made a representation on 28.02.2024 to the respondents for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner, the third respondent has not considered the same. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
