This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to take appropriate action against the fifth respondent under the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act based on the 2nd respondent's Inspection Report dated 26.08.2014 and the petitioner's representations dated 13.11.2014 & 19.11.2014.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
