Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of Flat No.LIG-7/53 at Phase VII (SFS) situated at survey No.503, Hosur, Krishnagiri based on the regular allotment order having reference No.HR2/2438/2012 dated 10.05.2013, within a time frame to be stipulated by this court in accordance with law.

ORDER

The writ petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to execute a sale deed in her favour in respect of the property situated in S.No.503, Hosur Krishnagiri, based on the regular allotment order, having reference No.HR2/2438/2012, dated 10.05.2013.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner received a letter dated 27.09.2024 from the third respondent stating that at the time of execution of sale deed, the Will relied upon by the petitioner will be taken into consideration and the sale deed will be executed as per the Rules of the respondent Board.

3. Recording the above, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
