The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of GWOP.No. 6 of 2020 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Pudukottai (now transferred to the Family Court, Pudukottai and numbered as GWOP.No.20 of 2021) to the Family Court, Chennai. Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience because wife is working in Manali near Chennai. The husband is a resident of Pudukottai.

2.Considering the distance between the two places and also the convenience of both the parties, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed, GWOP.No.20 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Pudukottai is withdrawn and transferred to the Principal District Court, Chengelpet, where the parties need not appear in person for every hearing. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. It will be open to the petitioner to seek suitable directions for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
