This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner herein in Crl.M.P.No.13842 of Crl.O.P.No.14910 of 2023 vide order dated 04.11.2023.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and the charge sheet in this case has also been filed in C.C.No.547 of 2023.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition imposed against the petitioner herein is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
