The application has been filed seeking to set aside the exparte order dated 17.04.2024 passed in C.S. No. 22 of 2024.

Along with the said application, the defendant had also filed a written statement.

2. The suit had been filed seeking partition and separate possession of the suit schedule property.

3. In view of the fact that the said issue will have to be examined in the presence of all the parties, who are entitled to the shares, the exparte order dated 17.04.2024 is set aside. The application stands allowed

4. List the matter once again in the 1st week of August, 2024.
