O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned XIII Assistant City Civil Court at Chennai for the disposal of O.S.No.4539 of 2019 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel of the petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No.4539 was filed in the year 2019 by the respondents for the reliefs of declaration that the plaintiff Trust is the original Trust entitled for appointment as Trustees for the administration of Arulmighu Parasuramalingeswar Temple, under Section 64(1) of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act and for grant of permanent injunction.

3. The petitioner, who is the second defendant herein, filed the written statement. The suit is ripe for trial. Having filed the suit, the respondents are expected to come ready. However, the respondents are not ready to proceed with the suit and the disposal of the suit is getting delayed. The issue of administration of the Temple is involved in this case and therefore, it is necessary that this suit

gets disposed as early as possible.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and that the written statement was filed, issues have been framed and also that the suit is ripe for trial, the learned XIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of this case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four(04) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
