Since the suit was decreed in terms of joint compromise memo on 23.09.2024, the A.No.5099 of 2024 filed to condone the delay of 218 days for paying court fees in the above suit and A.No.5098 of 2024 filed to refund the court fee Rs.5,84,700/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Eighty Four Thousand and Seven Hundred only) paid in the above suit to the applicant/plaintiff herein, are allowed.
