The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 64, 69 & 318(2) of BNS Act, 2023 in Crime No.13 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reported that the petitioner had been arrested in this case.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), that the petitioner had been arrested, there is no question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
