On 03.02.2023, this Court has passed the following order:- "The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court vide order dated 29.08.2016, passed an order to wind-up. Therefore, as far as Company Petition is concerned, no further order is required.

2. Hence, if any application is filed in this Company Petition, the Registry is directed to list this Company Petition along with the same."

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 03.02.2023, it has wrongly been typed as winding-up order is passed, whereas, the Company Petition was admitted on 29.08.2016 and the Provisional Liquidator was only appointed.

3. Accordingly, the said order dated 03.02.2023 is clarified to the extent that the winding up order has not been passed on 29.08.2016 and only the Provisional Liquidator was appointed on that day. Post the matter on 31.03.2023.
