Admittedly, as against the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent, revision would lie to the Government under Section 114 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act. Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of by permitting the petitioner to file revision against the impugned order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
