ORDER
These revisions have been filed against the dismissal of the applications filed in I.A.No.594 of 2015 and I.A.No.595 of 2015 in
O.S.No.518 of 2003, seeking reopening of the case and also issuance of summons to the husband of the respondent to be examined as a Court witness respectively.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the Civil Revision Petitions with liberty to file a further petition to summon the very same witness as a witness on his side. He has also made separate endorsements on the memorandum of grounds of revision in each one of the above said Civil Revision Petitions.
