This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 7(d) in Crl.O.P.No.

22351 of 2023 on 29.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for another two months.
