This Petition is filed by the first accused to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.35 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent to 1/4

some other agency.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the investigation in this case got completed during the month of November, 2023 and final report filed. During the period, the Judicial Magistrate-I, Puducherry, has taken cognizance of the final report and assigned C.C.No.436 of 2024 and posted the matter to 21.08.2024.

3. Recording the same, this court dispose of this Criminal Original Petition that the reason stated to transfer the investigation is ill-found since the police has completed the investigation filed final report. Nothing survives in this petition.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
