This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 7(ii) imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12195 of 2024 vide order dated 16.05.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and the charge sheet has been filed in this case.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition 7(ii) imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail and he shall also report before the respondent Police every Sunday at 10.30 am for a period of three months.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
