This case was earlier heard on 27.04.2019. After hearing the arguments, the operative portion of the order was pronounced by allowing the above Civil Revision Petition. However, while finalising the order it was noticed that the vital facts were not brought to the notice of the court and therefore the case was being listed today under the caption "For Being Spoken To".

C.SARAVANAN.J, jen 2.When the case is listed for being spoken to, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case has been settled out of the Court. Therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition has become as infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
