ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking adequate medical treatment to the husband of the petitioner, who is under incarceration, the present petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, after getting instructions from the first respondent, submitted that adequate medical treatment would be given. Recording the said statement, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
