The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2024 wherein the petitioner requested the 4th respondent not to provide any water, sewage connected in the name of the 4th respondent or any other person in respect of the following properties i) Door No.15/16, New Door No.110/61, Bazaar Road, Mylapore, Chennai-600 004; ii) Door No.33, New Door No.43, Arundale Street, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004; iii) Door No.17, New Door No.47, Arundale Street, Mylapore, Chennai 600 004; iv) Door No.45, Arundale Street, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004.

2.Learned Standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent (CMDA) submitted that pending the writ petition, water connection has been given to the 4th respondent on 20.02.2019.

3.In view of the above submission nothing survives in the above writ petition for further adjudication. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
