Heard Mr.K.Sasindran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 05.05.2014. Admittedly, for the appeal filed before first respondent, an acknowledgment has been issued to the petitioner on 02.09.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the first respondent to direct the petitioner's appeal petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
