A representation was made by the petitioner to the respondents on 3.6.2015 stating that joint and separate pattas have been wrongly issued by the 3rd respondent and therefore the same will have to be changed after due enquiry. Seeking disposal of the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the pendency of the representation of the petitioner dated 3.6.2015, without going into the merits of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

opportunity of hearing to the partitioner and the persons in whose name the pattas stand as of now. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
