ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed, seeking a direction to the Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (Administration) Department, Chennai, to dispose of the application in O.A.No.1 of 2018/D2, as expeditiously as possible. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that O.A.No.1 of 2018/D2, was filed by the petitioner for cancelling the scheme dated 31.05.1960, framed under O.A.No.1 of 1960 and to permit the petitioner to have the entire administration of the petitioner Math, both the spiritual and secular function with all its properties and the endowment attached with Sengole Adheenam Math and prayed for orders in O.A.No.1 of 2018/D2. 3.It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that O.A.No.1 of 2018/D2, was reserved for orders before three Presiding Officers and yet, the order is not passed. Therefore, the petitioner seeks a direction for the expeditious disposal of O.A.No.1 of 2018/D2, within a time limit to be stipulated by this Court.

4.Taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, O.A.No.1 of 2018/D2, was posted before three different 2/4

Presiding Officers and order in O.A.No.1 of 2018/D2 is not pronounced yet, this Court directs the Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (Administration) Department, Chennai, to dispose of the application in O.A.No.1 of 2018/D2, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
