This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2283 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.5,800/- in main appeal.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioners/appellants are directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras", on or before 18.08.2023".

3. Post the matter on 24.08.2023 for reporting compliance.
