ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.281 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent police to any other agency and to file a final report within a time limit. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the second respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 16.11.2013, no final report has been filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
