This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2271 days in representing A.S.SR.No.4046 of 2017.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioners/appellants are directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras", within a period of two weeks from today".

4. Post the matter on 28.07.2023 for reporting compliance.
