This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an Order dated 13.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.2604 of 2024, to report before the respondent Police daily at 10:30 AM and 5:30PM for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the Trial Court on every Monday for a period of four months.
