These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed (a) to condone the delay of 198 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement of appeal caused due to the death of the Appellant (b) to set aside the abatement of appeal caused due to the death of the Appellant and (c) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Appellant as Appellants 2 to 6 in the main appeal.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Accordingly, these civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title and list the main appeal for hearing on 01.10.2021.
