Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.1118/12-13/kho.a1 dated 30.10.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to award the contract for transportation of essential commodities in Thiruppathur Taluk, Vellore district in favour of the petitioner by considering the rate of transport charges quoted by the petitioner as per the tender schedule submitted by him.
